Based on the Major of Education, the program is a comprehensive experimental class to all new undergraduate students annually.
The program is committed to train the students to be the new primary teachers with humanistic spirit, scientific literacy, innovative ability and developmental potential in the following aspects:
l have good ideological and moral quality, high education theory quality and strong practical ability to teach,
l know well about their own nation’s culture and be capable of developing and using primary school curriculum with ethnic resources,
l be proficient in teaching one of the following curriculums：math’s, Chinese and English as well as manage the class as head teachers,
l also be able to teach science, moral and law, comprehensive practice and psychological counseling, arts education in primary schools.

Basic requirements for Cultivation
The experimental class aims at cultivating new era excellent primary school teachers; graduates should have the quality of humanistic spirit, scientific literacy, innovative ability and developmental potential and the ability to teach research and manage diverse class. Hence, students in this major should be cultivated in all aspects as well as their special expertise.
The graduates should have knowledge and abilities of the following several aspects:
(1) Teachers' Ethics: adhere to the party's leadership, support the socialist road, practice the socialist core values, and enhance the ideological, political, theoretical and emotional identity of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Carry out the party's educational principles and policies, cultivate morality and cultivate people, learn to be upright, and be upright. obey the professional ethics of primary school teachers, study relevant policies and regulations, have the awareness of teaching according to law, and are determined to become a good teacher with ideals and beliefs, moral sentiment, solid knowledge and benevolence.
(2) Education feelings: have the professional will to engage in primary education, identify with the value and professionalism of primary school teachers' work, have positive professional emotion, correct professional attitude and correct values. With humanistic and scientific spirit, respecting students' personality, full of love, responsibility and dedication, working carefully and patiently, to be a guide for primary school students to temper their character, learn knowledge, innovate thinking and dedicate to the motherland.
(3) Discipline literacy: grasp the basic knowledge, basic principles and basic skills of primary education discipline systematically and solidly, and understand the basic ideas and methods of primary education discipline knowledge system. Master the basic knowledge, basic principles and skills of bishop discipline, have certain basic knowledge of other disciplines, and have a certain understanding of learning science related knowledge.understand the value of subject integration in primary education and the connection between the subject and other subjects, as well as the connection with social practice and primary school students' life practice.
(4) Teaching ability: according to the curriculum standard of the teaching subject, the physical and mental development and cognitive characteristics of primary school students, we can use subject teaching knowledge and information technology to carry out teaching design, implementation and evaluation, obtain teaching experience in educational practice, have basic teaching skills, preliminary teaching ability and certain teaching research ability.
(5) Class management: set up the concept of education oriented, moral education first, to be able to help the development of class students with the student center. Understand the principles and methods of primary school moral education, know how to use the relevant principles of moral education to provide effective methods to stimulate students' development. Master the working rules and basic methods of class organization and construction, know how to form a good class to promote the development of students in class. Master the scientific working methods, can get a positive experience in the work practice of the head teacher.
(6) Comprehensive education: understand the physical and mental development of primary school students and cultivate the law of education, can use appropriate methods to promote students' learning and progress. Understand the value of subject education, in teaching, can organically combine subject knowledge and skills to carry out education activities. Understand the education connotation of socialist core values and school culture, and be able to organize corresponding theme education activities according to the age and development stage of students.understand the educational connotation of educational activities,can plan and organize the corresponding Young Pioneers activities and community activities, and promote the comprehensive and healthy development of students.
(7) Learn to reflect: establish the concept of lifelong learning, be good at understanding and pay attention to the reform and development of primary education at home and abroad, be able to adapt to the needs of the times and education development, and carry out learning and career planning. Initially master the reflection methods and skills, with a certain sense of innovation. Be good at observing the phenomena and problems in primary school teaching, using critical thinking method to carry out self reflection, and then analyzing and solving problems.
(8) Communication and cooperation: understand the role of learning community, Have overall view and team spirit. Master the skills of communication and cooperation, have the experience of group cooperation and cooperative learning.
